Fix Common Tech Issues

I wanted to send a large pdf file (20Mb).While sending I disrupted this process (turned off pc?). As a result my pst-file was corrupted and my outlook could no longer be started/opened.

After some minutes I need to put again the password for my acount and again nothing happens. If I get in the mail he says "Trying to connect to your server".
